By using madamsoleroyale.com, joining The Royale List, or entering the members area, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to join The Royale List or use the members area.

Membership of The Royale List is free and voluntary. You give us a first name and one contact method, and you choose whether to receive emails or text messages.

You confirm that the email address or mobile number you give us is yours and that you are entitled to receive messages at it.

Consent is never a condition of any purchase.

If you consented to email, we may send you welcome, update, drop and announcement emails. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.

If you consented to texts, we may send you member text messages. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The members area is private. Access is granted to people who are on The Royale List and signed in with the email address they joined with.

You are responsible for your account and password and for keeping them confidential. Do not share your login with anyone.

We may suspend or remove access at our discretion, including for sharing member content, abusive behaviour, or attempting to access the site in unauthorised ways.

All content on this site and in the members area — images, video, text, branding and the names Madam Sole Royale and The Royale List — belongs to Madam Sole Royale or is used with permission.

Member content is for your personal enjoyment only. You may not copy, screenshot and redistribute, repost, resell, or publish it anywhere, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Do not use this site to harass, impersonate, or send unlawful or abusive content, to scrape or bulk-collect data, to submit someone else’s contact details, or to interfere with the site’s security or operation.

We aim to keep the site available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the site or The Royale List at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madam Sole Royale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, The Royale List, or the members area.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date below shows the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.
