Madam Sole Royale (“Madam Sole Royale”, “we”, “us”) operates madamsoleroyale.com and The Royale List, a private fan list for updates, announcements, drops and behind-the-scenes content.

When you join The Royale List we collect your first name and either your email address or your mobile number — whichever you choose as your contact method — together with the consent you give, the date and time you joined, and the page or link you arrived from.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identification, or any sensitive personal information through this site.

Our hosting and email systems automatically record standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and abuse prevention.

We use your information only to send you the updates you asked for: new content announcements, drops, appearances, behind-the-scenes moments and exclusive member news, and to run and secure the members area.

If you signed up by email, we send you a welcome email and later member emails. If you signed up by text, we send you member text messages. We do not send you messages on the channel you did not consent to.

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your signup information with third parties for their own marketing.

We do use trusted service providers who process data strictly on our behalf — our website host, our database and authentication provider, and our email and text delivery providers. They may only use the data to deliver the service to us.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

You may ask us to show you, correct, or permanently delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@madamsoleroyale.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Member information is stored in an access-controlled database. It is not visible on the public site, and only Madam Sole Royale, signed in to a private dashboard, can view it. The members area is only accessible to signed-in members of The Royale List.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to limit who can access it.

We keep your information for as long as you remain on The Royale List. If you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, we delete your record, keeping only the minimum needed to honour your opt-out.

This site and The Royale List are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has joined, contact us and we will remove the record.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The site stores only what is strictly necessary to keep you signed in to the members area.

If we update this policy we will change the date below and, where the change is significant, tell members directly.
